Whatever the size and scope of your project GMT can source competitive quotations on your behalf using trusted third-party contractors and manage those works through to a satisfactory conclusion.

The main area of our business is within the Oxford lettings market and with this in mind GMT have forged close links with a number of key Oxfordshire property agents, taking the workload away from the agents property management departments they are able to continue to successfully manage the day to day running of their property portfolios to their clients satisfaction without the distraction of large time consuming projects to manage.
